Stenhousemuir missed the chance to confirm their promotion play-off place after being held to a 2-2 draw at Berwick in League Two.
All four goals came in the opening half and Stenhousemuir had to come from 2-0 down just to claim a point.
Jack Hamilton smashed Rangers ahead with an effort that went in off the crossbar before Paul Willis slotted in a second.
However, Andrew Dallas pulled one back with a header and then set up Colin McMenamin to level before the break.
