Danny Kedwell's hat-trick thrust Ebbsfleet into the Vanarama National League play-offs with a 5-2 victory over Gateshead.Kedwell put the Reds ahead with a 33rd minute penalty, won by Luke Coulson, only for Danny Johnson to level for the hosts on the stroke of half-time.Kedwell restored the advantage with a second after a swift break on the hour but Johnson grabbed his second equaliser of the evening five minutes later.A third from Kedwell, ramming home Jack Powell's corner, reclaimed the lead and put Ebbsfleet on the way to fifth place. The gloss was then added as Coulson and Powell both got their names on the scoresheet before full-time.
