Notre Dame transfer QB Kenny Minchey has committed to Nebraska, he tells me and ESPN's Max Olson.
Minchey was Nebraska's top portal quarterback target and battled Notre Dame's CJ Carr for the starting job in fall camp in 2025. He's a dual-threat who has two years of eligibility.
