News: 5 days agoJarwin caught one of two targets for a one-yard touchdown in Sunday's overtime win over the Patriots.

Spin: The tight end has only 10 catches through six games, but two of them have gone for scores. Jarwin is the clear No. 2 at his position behind Dalton Schultz, and it might take an injury to Schultz to propel Jarwin back into consistent fantasy relevance in most formats.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Jarwin entered the 2020 season positioned for a breakout as Dallas' starting TE. Instead, he tore his ACL in Week 1 and replacement Dalton Schultz stepped in and delivered a TE11 fantasy campaign. Jarwin now enters his fifth NFL season having yet to post a top-25 fantasy campaign, though the 2017 UDFA signing did flash some upside with a 7-119-3 receiving line in Week 17 of the 2018 season. He's been efficient on 78 career targets, with a healthy 76% catch rate and 8.8 YPT. Jarwin is no longer assured a full-time role after Schultz's emergence and, even if he lands the No. 1 gig, he'll be no higher than fourth (perhaps fifth) in line for targets. However, this is a potentially-elite offense, so Jarwin is worthy of late-round consideration.
