ESPN Fantasy Projection: Westbrook is entering his fourth NFL season following back-to-back years with incredibly similar output. Jacksonville's slot man posted a 66-717-5 receiving line on 102 targets and 502 routes in 2018 and a 66-660-3 line on 104 targets and 504 routes last season. Westbrook's 6.7 aDOT was second lowest among 80 qualified wide receivers last season, which limited him to an ugly 6.3 YPT. Westbrook has yet to produce a top-30 fantasy campaign and isn't much of a threat downfield or near the goal line. In short, the 26-year-old lacks upside and will lose work to rookie Laviska Shenault Jr. Consider him as a bench option in PPR leagues.
