ESPN Fantasy Projection: Levis is entering his fourth NFL season buried behind Cam Ward (and likely Mitchell Trubisky) on the Tennessee depth chart. Levis, who missed all of 2025 with a shoulder injury, was the Titans' starter for most of his first two seasons, but simply wasn't up to the task. He totaled 21 pass TDs and 16 INTs in 21 games, while not adding much with his legs (240 yards and one TD). In 2024, he appeared in only 12 games (nine full) and still finished in the top seven in INTs and times sacked. Levis is aggressive (he ranked in the top five in average depth of throw both seasons), but the lack of efficiency and rushing contributions keeps him well off the fantasy radar. He'll barely be worth an add in superflex leagues, even if given the chance to start.
