News: 3 days agoWicks is listed as a starter on the Eagles' unofficial depth chart.

Spin: Philadelphia lists three starting wide receivers, with those spots going to Wicks, DeVonta Smith and rookie first-round pick Makai Lemon. Wicks had 581 receiving yards as a rookie with the Packers during the 2023 regular season and has failed to reach that mark since, posting only 415 receiving yards in the 2024 regular season and 332 yards in 2025. The 25-year-old wide receiver has an opportunity to play a larger role with his new team, which will kick off regular-season action Sunday against the Commanders.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Wicks was traded to the Eagles after spending his first three NFL seasons in Green Bay. The 2023 fifth-round pick was limited to situational work during his Packers tenure, never finishing a season among the top 50 receivers in snaps, routes, targets, catches or yards. Wicks flashed at times (exactly one game of 24-plus points in each season), but otherwise scored 5.3 PPG. Even after the Eagles traded A.J. Brown, Wicks' path to targets may not be any easier in Philly. DeVonta Smith, Dallas Goedert and Saquon Barkley are all assured substantial roles, with first-round rookie Makai Lemon and Hollywood Brown also very much in the mix. Wicks, 25, will need to win the team's No. 2 receiver gig in order to have any shot at weekly flex consideration. He's barely worth late-round consideration in deep leagues.
