News: 2 days agoArroyo caught two of four targets for 50 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 19-16 preseason loss to the Titans.

Spin: Arroyo capped Seattle's opening drive with a 36-yard touchdown reception from Drew Lock. After producing only 179 receiving yards in his rookie regular season, Arroyo is trying to earn a larger role in his second NFL campaign. The 2025 second-round pick is set to open his sophomore season as the team's No. 2 TE behind AJ Barner.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Arroyo is eyeing a Year 2 breakout after an underwhelming rookie campaign in which he played a clear second fiddle to A.J. Barner. The 2025 second-round pick was limited to 39% of the offensive snaps during the 13 games he was active. He cleared three targets in a game only once (five in Week 7) and his lone touchdown came on one of just two targets in Week 9. Arroyo was effective as a vertical target at the collegiate level, so he remains an intriguing dynasty hold, but the 23-year-old has a tough path to short-term fantasy relevance while stuck behind Barner in Seattle's low-pass-volume offense.
