ESPN Fantasy Projection: The Jets were a disaster last season, but that didn't stop Connor from posting career-best marks in goals (47), assists (46), points (93), and shots on goal (317). Connor's production was buoyed by 28 power-play points after amassing just 30 with the man advantage in the prior two years combined. Connor is the type of player fantasy managers should be targeting. He won't be 26 until December, is locked into a major role, and he possesses the individual abilities to take a game over at any time. Investing in the Winnipeg offense doesn't seem like a great idea now, but Connor is a clear exception. He won't last long in fantasy drafts this coming fall.
