ESPN Fantasy Projection: Hronek's usage predictably saw a massive increase after the Canucks dealt Quinn Hughes to Minnesota in December. Appearing in all 82 games, Hronek finished with new career-best marks in points (49), average time on ice (25:00), power-play points (21), hits (133), and blocked shots (100). He also posted a horrific minus-23 rating, which comes with the territory when playing so many minutes for the worst team in the league. In a perfect world for Vancouver, Zeev Buium -- who came over in the Hughes deal -- will take over as the quarterback of their No. 1 power-play unit sooner than later. That would severely dampen Hronek's outlook, although he should still see enough ice time to be a worthy fantasy selection. Just keep in mind the ugly plus/minus rating likely isn't going anywhere.
