ESPN Fantasy Projection: There's a real case to be made that Fox deserved to win his second Norris Trophy as the NHL's top defenseman in 2022-23, but Erik Karlsson's 101 points ended up swaying most of the voters. Fox finished second in voting, however, in what was another brilliant season for the 25-year-old. Fox played in all 82 games for the Rangers, posting a career-high 12 goals while cracking the 70-point plateau (72) for a second straight year. He added 159 shots on goal, 29 power-play points and a plus-28 rating, all while averaging 24:23 worth of ice time per game. Fox is as safe of an option as you will find in terms of a No. 1 fantasy defender heading into 2023-24.
