ESPN Fantasy Projection: Heiskanen saw his numbers stabilize last season and all it took for it to happen was better health. He appeared in 77 games for Dallas, racking up nine goals and 63 points, his highest total since the 2022-23 campaign. Heiskanen's 28 power-play points were fourth most amongst NHL defenders behind only Quinn Hughes, Evan Bouchard, and Cale Makar. The lone concern from a fantasy standpoint, other than the past injury woes, is the fact Heiskanen is shooting the puck less than ever (148 shots on goal last season). Still, the Finn is the locked-in quarterback of Dallas' loaded No. 1 power-play unit, meaning high-end fantasy production is sure to follow.
