    ESPN Fantasy Projection: Bernard re-signed with Tampa Bay and will compete with Ke'Shawn Vaughn and rookie Rachaad White for change-of-pace work behind feature back Leonard Fournette. Bernard was expected to play a significant passing-game role last season, but instead was limited to 28 targets to go along with eight carries. Bernard is now 30 years old and could be as low as fourth in the RB pecking order. Even if Fournette misses time, White is a standout pass-catching prospect and would almost certainly play a big role in that area. Bernard is not on the fantasy radar.
