ESPN Fantasy Projection: Ross has certainly flashed since setting the NFL combine 40-yard dash record and being drafted ninth overall in 2017, but injuries continue to derail his career. Ross missed 13 games as a rookie, three contests in 2018 and eight more last season. Ross appeared to be on the verge of a breakout in 2019, opening the season with a pair of top-10 fantasy weeks, but he was held to just one top-50 outing in his final six games. Ross is only 24, so it's too early to throw in the towel, but he may have trouble finding consistent targets with A.J. Green, Tyler Boyd, Tee Higgins and Joe Mixon dominating Cincinnati's offensive touches. Ross has value only as a late flier in non-PPR leagues.
