ESPN Fantasy Projection: The 10th-overall selection in the 2018 draft, Rosen started his rookie season on the bench, but was thrown to the wolves during a Week 3 loss to Chicago. Rosen went on to throw 11 touchdowns and 14 interceptions in 14 games. Granted his supporting cast was weak, but Rosen completed only 55 percent of his passes (second worst) and averaged 5.8 yards per attempt (third worst). He managed only two weekly fantasy finishes inside the top 20 and none were better than 14th. Rosen was infamously traded to Miami during the draft and will back up Ryan Fitzpatrick to open the 2019 season. Rosen figures to make a lot of starts this season, but won't be worth adding to your roster until he shows he's a capable NFL starter. He's worth holding only in dynasty.
