ESPN Fantasy Projection: Williams went undrafted last season because of off-the-field concerns, but it appears that Miami has found itself a gem. The Colorado State product was a factor right out of the gate, handling a team-high 7.4 targets per game (21% share) prior to tearing his ACL in Week 9. Williams struggled with drops (4) and off-target throws (his 25% rate was 13th highest), but was still a respectable WR37 in fantasy prior to the injury. The 23-year-old was out-targeting DeVante Parker as a rookie and it's possible he overtakes the veteran again this season. Consider Williams for your flex spot.
