ESPN Fantasy Projection: Arnold signed with Carolina after spending the past two seasons in Arizona. Arnold entered the NFL as an undrafted WR back in 2017, but successfully made the transition to tight end over the past few years. After totaling 20 catches in his first two NFL seasons, Arnold played 41% of Arizona's snaps and posted a solid 31-438-4 receiving line in 2020. Arnold's 12.5 aDOT was tops among TEs and his efficiency was terrific, as he caught 72% of his targets (14th) and averaged 10.2 YPT (third). Limited volume (43 targets) allowed him one top-12 fantasy week, but he now has an opportunity to win a job that allowed Ian Thomas 417 pass routes (10th-most among TEs) last season. Arnold is likely still improving and situated well for a potential breakout. The 26-year-old belongs on your sleeper list.
