ESPN Fantasy Projection: Batherson missed a huge chunk of time in the 2021-22 season due a serious ankle injury, but he bounced back to play in all 82 games for Ottawa a year ago. He finished with career-best marks in goals (22), assists (40), points (62), shots on goal (249) and power-play points (29). The most remarkable thing of all is that Batherson's season should have been considerably better than it was. His 8.8 shooting percentage was shockingly low compared to the 15.5 and 15.3 percent marks we saw from him in the two years prior. There's legitimate 30-goal, 70-point upside here.
