ESPN Fantasy Projection: The Texans traded away DeAndre Hopkins during the offseason, which should vault 2016 first-round pick Fuller to a full-on fantasy breakout. The problem, of course, is that Fuller is entering his fifth NFL season having already missed 34% of his team's games because of injury. That number includes five games last season. The good news is that, when healthy, Fuller has been heavily targeted and productive. In nine full games last season, he handled 7.7 targets per game (a 25% share) and trailed Hopkins by only nine total targets. He was fantasy's No. 13 WR in those weeks. It's hard to expect a full season from the oft-injured receiver, but Fuller undoubtedly still has massive upside. The 26-year-old is best viewed as a flex.
