Admit it: Haven't you always wanted to dress up as a college mascot like Bucky Badger or Big Red? Of course you have. But that might be a little tricky to explain at the office or at the beach, so let's try a slightly more social acceptable fantasy: Haven't you always wanted to dress up your kid as Bucky Badger or Big Red?

Now you can, sort of, thanks to MascotWear, a new line of children's apparel set to launch next month. According to this press release, participating schools -- and therefore participating mascots -- will include Alabama, Arizona, Clemson, Florida, Georgia, Nebraska, Tennessee, Texas and a bunch more. Might be nice if they'd branch out beyond the collegiate ranks (how can any collection of mascotwear be complete without a Phillie Phanatic design?), but hey, one thing at a time.

If dressing up your kid doesn't deliver quite the same thrill as dressing up youself, be patient. The press release says they'll be introducing an adult-sized product line in 2011.
