NBA championship and Finals MVP odds: Thunder remain title favorites heading into Game 7 vs. Spurs

Stephen A.: Spurs responded in Game 6 as anticipated (1:44)

The lopsided Game 6 victory by the San Antonio Spurs over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday night forces Game 7 in OKC on Saturday, and it shifted the odds quite a bit.

San Antonio's championship odds shortened from +550 to +245, while the Thunder lengthened from -140 to +125.

OKC (-3.5) is favored at home in one of the most highly anticipated Game 7s in years.

The New York Knicks punched their ticket to the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999 and have the second-shortest odds to win the title at +200. The Knicks entered the postseason with 18-1 championship odds, trailing both the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers, whom they swept in the Eastern Conference finals.

Roughly in line with the team future odds, each squad's superstar is a favorite to win Finals MVP. Regular-season MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander leads the way at +130, with Victor Wembanyama (+250), Jalen Brunson (+265) and Karl-Anthony Towns (20-1) in chase.

Odds are provided by DraftKings Sportsbook and are as of publication.
