First instance of West Indies winning a men's T20I by 10 wickets

Rohit Paudel, Nepal Captain: Overall I think the way we have played this tournament, very proud of the tournament, the way we played first two games, very happy with the way we turned up, very happy to win bilateral series, happy with the group. The way we started our batting, I thought partnership was missing, one partnership was missing, we gave wickets at regular intervals and rotation of strike wasn't there. And when it came to bowling we didn't execute our plans well but credit goes to West Indies, they were taking risks and getting their rewards as well so all the credit must go to them as well. The way we fielded in the tournament and the way we absorbed the pressure even when things were not going our way and still we executed our plans really well (which is pleasing). This series will give us a lot of confidence to the boys, this series was buildup for the qualifier, and we would love to take this momentum onto the World Cup qualifiers. We would like to thank each and everyone (fans), very grateful to you for supporting us

Akeal Hosein, West Indies Captain: I think it was an excellent effort and it was quite clinical as well. I think when we looked at the pitch today, totally different pitch today, these guys were pleased to see the grass, these guys went out today and executed. A new opening combination, even though it was a small score, we had to set the platform
and that's exactly what these guys did today. We have been disappointed for a while now, hopefully we can give (fans) a positive message, hopefully we can make that turn leading into the World Cup. I must commend Nepal, I know the series means a lot to them, set a positive light in the right direction, they batted well, bowled well, fielded well. First two games, definitely their home conditions, surface that they were accustomed to. Kudos to them, they used the home advantage really well

West Indies chased down 123-0 in just 12.2 overs without breaking a sweat, registering a complete performance and decimating Nepal with aplomb. Having skittled Nepal out for 122, thanks to a spectacular bowling effort led by Ramon Simmonds (4-15) and handy contributions from Jediah Blades, Jason Holder, and Akeal Hosein. In reply, Amir Jangoo and Ackeem Auguste came out firing on all cylinders, thumped half-centuries, and coasted home with all wickets intact. Nevertheless, Nepal have etched their name in the history books and come of age by pulling off a stunning 2-1 victory over a full-member Test side. Nepal might have wanted a closer contest, but this is international cricket--things can change swiftly. They may have felt a little less belief and still been euphoric over their tremendous feat, but turning up every day with the same intensity is not easy at this level. Tonight, West Indies played with their typical style and swagger, in their uninhibited manner and will be relieved with the win

Sompal Kami to Jangoo, SIX, Banged in short on middle, swivels and biffs it with gusto over deep square for a six and West Indies have sealed the deal! That's the typical West Indies flair and style that they are known for. It's a befitting reply and roaring comeback in the series.
