Prince Yadav to Singh, FOUR,

And, we are back again. Rinku will bat, of course he will. He has been everywhere, and he can land the final knockout blow now. Powell will accompany him to the crease. Prince to take the ball. KKR, to reiterate, only need 2

Wow. What a turnaround for KKR. They would have felt downcast after LSG dragged this game to a Super Over. But they had Narine. They have had him for an eternity. And they have had him producing the goods when most needed for an eternity too. Another showcase of the champion bowler he is, and KKR now have only two runs to get to make it two wins out of two.

Narine to Markram, OUT, shanked into the air, and the catch will go under Rinku Singh's name yet again! Powell with the acrobatics, and Narine has come up trump in a clutch situation. What a champion. What a bowler! Back of a length on the stumps. Markram looks to muscle it downtown but does not have the swinging room. Clinks it flat towards long on, where Powell runs to his left and takes the catch, only to realize he will step out of bounds. He reverse-flicks it towards Rinku, who has come around from long off, and KKR have LSG on the mat, all over again!

Narine to Pant, 1 run, back of a length on middle and off. Pant skips down the track and flays it towards deep point. A bit of a slice and the ball bobbles it towards deep point

Narine to Pooran, OUT,

N Pooran b Narine

Pooran will be on strike. Narine might look to spin the ball away. Long off, long on, deep extra cover, deep mid wicket and deep backward square leg on the fence

END OF OVER:
20 | LSG: 155/8 (1 run required, RR: 7.75)

11:34pm Right. The LSG batters make their way out. Markram and Pooran to take guard for LSG. Narine to bowl, which is not at all a surprise. Narine has famously bowled a Super Over to Pooran, albeit in the CPL. What do we have in store tonight?

11:29pm What a game. What drama. And it is still not done yet. We are going into over-time. KKR crestfallen. LSG over the moon having pulled a tie out of the fire. It should probably not have gotten this deep, given the batting LSG had. But they just could not get out of second gear throughout. Credit to KKR for it. They stuck to their guns, they held their lengths, they tried their best but in the end, they just could not find the nerve to close out the game.

They will have a chance to set things right, though. LSG will too. But until this Super Over is done, we will not know who will end the night happier, and who will end this evening having experienced the elation of winning a match that they, at some point, would have felt had slipped.

Kartik Tyagi to Mohammed Shami, SIX, and we are going into a Super Over! Goodness gracious me! Mohammed Shami, what are you made of?! All those years. All that experience. All that pedigree. And all of it has now unfurled itself when LSG needed it most. Shami, a match-winner for every team with the ball, now pops up with heroics with the bat. In the slot outside off and Shami slams it over long off. Shami storms off, somehow still livid about something. Does he think he should have finished this game off altogether? Well, we will never know. But what we know is that we have a Super Over, and this game, which has ebbed and flowed for the past half an hour, is not done yet!

Kartik Tyagi to Mohammed Shami, no run, back of a length outside off and this zips through. Shami swings like a rusty gate and is a week late on the stroke. Clean past the outside edge, and LSG need seven off one now!

7 off 2. Super Over territory, perhaps?

Kartik Tyagi to Prince Yadav, 1 bye, well well! Slower ball on a back of a length wide outside off. Prince shuffles across, trying to lap it. Misses it completely and Seifert fumbles again - this time, allowing Shami to pinch a bye

Prince on strike now. 8 off 3

Kartik Tyagi to Himmat Singh, OUT, shanked to deep backward square leg, and guess who is there on the fence to pouch it! Rinku could catch a cold in the desert tonight! Shortish outside off. Himmat moves across and looks to mow it leg side. Cannot free his arms fully and his short-arm-jab flies harmlessly towards deep backward square leg. Rinku throws the ball into the turf in frustration, and this could be the game for KKR!

Kartik Tyagi to Himmat Singh, FOUR, banged in short, and Himmat pounces! LSG believe and their fans believe as well now. Sits up outside off. Himmat swivels and belts it behind square. One bounce and into the fence!

12 off 5. Tyagi can no longer bowl. Another twist to this slow-burner of a tale. A KKR conference ongoing, and the decision is that Roy will bowl. They could have gone to Green. They opt not to. Big, big call. Free hit coming up

But hang on. Scratch all of that because Tyagi has the ball again. Not sure how this is possible but it is happening

Kartik Tyagi to Himmat Singh, (no ball) 2 runs, oh, this could be another No ball! Caught at long on, and the No ball has been called! Tyagi wants to review, and this could be an enormous moment in the game! Borderline high full toss, on off stump. Himmat swipes at it and cloths it towards long on. Catch is taken but that may be immaterial for now. All eyes on Ball Tracking. What does Ball Tracking have in store for us here. Proper drama in Lucknow. Himmat's waist is measured at 1.01m, and the ball passes at 1.08m. And to add to KKR's woes, Tyagi may not be allowed to bowl anymore because he has bowled two high full tosses.

Free hit coming up. 15 off 5
