11:55pm That will be all from us. We hope you enjoyed our coverage and we will be back with more tomorrow. Until then, from all of us here at ESPNcricinfo, it is goodbye!

El Fuego: "When do we enter the permutations and combinations territory?. Almost time, isn't it?. " -- Right about now!

Madhav Tiwari, Player of the Match: I would like to thank the management for giving this opportunity. Lucky enough to be on the winning side. (On how hard it was when he was not playing) The mindset is that if the things are not in your hands, you try to be better in each practice session. I worked on my bowling a lot and my range hitting with my batting coach. It was fun and happy I was able to contribute for the team. (On if he is a batting or bowling all-rounder) I would like to say I am a 100 percent bowler and a 100 percent batter. The wicket was helping the length balls, and was sticking to that, mixing it with wide balls and short balls in between. I was prepared (to bowl four overs). Conditions were supporting fast bowlers. As Axar said, he would have probably bowled if I conceded runs in my first over (smiles). Lucky to get to bowl four overs for the team. Our batting coach told me that I have the power, and asked me to not do anything fancy - to just hold my shape.

Axar Patel, DC captain: The pressure moments, we have been losing. Have been saying our team is good and that we have been playing good cricket too, but we are here (because of losing those crucial moments). Very happy with how the team played, and hopefully we can do the same in the next two games. In the bowling, first 3-4 overs, they had 60 runs but to finish with only 72 in the powerplay, that was a winning moment. Then, Mukesh and Madhav bowling in the middle, and after that, my partnership with Miller, with the youngsters then finishing off the game. (On not bowling) The way the wicket was, when Nabi was bowling in the fourth over, it was swinging and seaming. In the first few overs, we did not bowl in the right areas. After the powerplay as well, it was moving around, so I thought there was no need to bowl spin since I had five pacers. (On his batting) Today, it clicked. Earlier as well, I used to come out with same intent. I got a chance today. Luck changed a little, and I was trusting my process, and the runs came. The cricket we are playing and the players we have, the future is strong. The runs Sahil also made, I had said before as well, he could be a good player in the future. A captain is very happy when he has youngsters like this, and as you said, the Delhi Capitals can do anything.

Shreyas Iyer, PBKS captain: (Where it went wrong) Don't have to beat around the bush, but fielding and bowling again. (On if the score was enough) Absolutely. Feel it was 30 runs more on this wicket, given how the ball was seaming and the variable bounce. (On not bowling Chahal) It was a thought but the way it was seaming, if we had executed our lines and lengths, we may have gotten wickets. But we did not. I always say that hard length or short of hard length is the best ball. Not easy to hit (for someone coming in). We fell short of planning.

David Miller: (Partnership with Axar) We were (behind). Axar has been working very hard. Tonight, it came off. That is why he has been playing for so long - dug in deep and came out with good energy. We complement each other well, so it is good. (On the finisher's role) It is a difficult thing, but just trying to stay calm. Always a long journey to get to the end, so about staying in the present. Can only control the next ball, so keep reminding myself. Just trying to clear the mind and think clearly. (On if there was extra incentive playing against Punjab) There is always incentive. It is the nature of league cricket - you go from one team to another. Nice to get the job done and the boys did really well at the back end. There was something in the wicket - every now and then, stayed a bit low. About playing good cricket shots, get into good positions. The lengths we bowled, we stuck it out really well, knowing that is a tactic they would bowl.

11:27pm Phew. What a game. And what a run-chase. DC had everything going against them. No team had ever chased these many to win a game here. DC then lost their leading run-scorer of the season (Rahul) early. But somehow, they found a way. Axar led the resistance with his first fifty of the season. Miller joined in on the fun soon, with Ashutosh, Tiwari and Nabi all playing pivotal cameos towards the end.

PBKS will be disappointed with how their defence panned out. They dropped two catches, indulged in several misfields and erred with their lines and lengths too often. And they were made to pay by the Capitals, who have now consigned the Kings to four successive defeats, and have introduced even more jeopardy for the team that was being looked at as pace-setters earlier in the campaign.

Yash Thakur to Auqib Nabi, SIX, a stirring blow over the bowler's head, and the Capitals are alive! Eight teams remain in contention for four spots, with the Punjab Kings, once table-toppers, now consigned to their fourth successive defeat! Full toss outside off and Nabi cannot believe his luck. He sits deep in his crease and smokes it over long off. Excellent, excellent cameo by Nabi, and a brilliant run-chase overall by the Capitals, and while their road to the playoffs is still tough, they remain afloat, and still in with something resembling a shout!

Free hit to tuck into for Nabi, with just one more needed

Yash Thakur to Auqib Nabi, (no ball) FOUR, a high full toss, and a No ball has been called! Nabi bashes it into the fence too, and DC are almost there! Full toss near the hips. Nabi uses the pace and whips it away behind square. Wheels coming off for PBKS now, and the scores are level!

Nabi to try his luck now. 6 off 7

Yash Thakur to Sharma, OUT, in the air, in the air, and taken! And this game turns yet again! This is banged half-way down and wide outside off. Ashutosh tries to fight the line this time rather than using it, and pays the price. Tries to fetch it and skies his swat. Dubey, on as a sub, runs to his right from long on and snares it. Ashutosh not happy with himself. His cameo has put DC on the verge of a win, but someone else will have to take them past the finish line!

Yash Thakur to Sharma, SIX, short, wide and this flies too! DC running riot, and running rampant now! Too much pace on offer and this becomes a safe shot because of it. Ashutosh throws the lot at it and carves it over deep third!

Yash Thakur to Tiwari, 1 run, dug in short outside off. Tiwari has a huge swipe at it and shanks it towards mid wicket

Kai: "DC's game to loose from here. A brilliant comeback from their position in PP and have a made a game out of this match!"

Yash Thakur to Tiwari, FOUR, my goodness - what a shot this is! Misses the wide yorker on the shorter side. Tiwari jams down on it and he pings it between deep point and short third!
