The FedEx Cup playoffs continued with the first round of the BMW Championship on Thursday.
Scottie Scheffler is coming off a big win at the FedEx St. Jude Championship, and he's also defending his 2025 BMW Championship title -- but he got off to a rocky start Thursday. Scheffler bogeyed four times in five holes on Holes 3-7 en route to finishing 2 over. Gary Woodland, Wyndham Clark, Rory McIlroy, J.J. Spaun, and Chris Gotterup, who all finished at 6 under, are atop the leaderboard.
