Trent Alexander-Arnold is the headline inclusion in a group which also includes Cole Palmer and Rio Ngumoha.
The Three Lions will play four games across a two-week period in the Nations League, facing Spain first on Sept. 26, before playing Czechia home and away and Croatia.

The clash with Spain at Wembley will be the first meeting for Luis de la Fuente's men since they beat Argentina in the World Cup final to win the tournament for a second time.
It is also be the first time that Tuchel has named an England side since their third-placed finish in the United States, Mexico and Canada, after a thrilling 6-4 win over France in the third-place playoff.
Tuchel will be explaining his decisions in a news conference at 11 a.m. BST.
