The FBS Athletic Director Association is hiring longtime college athletic director Dan Radakovich as the organization’s new Executive Director, per ESPN sources. He’s the former athletic director at Miami, Clemson and Georgia Tech and one of the most respected leaders in the athletic director space.

Boston College tight end Kaelan Chudzinski is expected to miss the season with an Achilles injury, Bill O’Brien told ESPN. Chudzinski emerged as one of the country’s top freshman tight ends in 2025 and projected as a starter for the Eagles this year. O'Brien said that Chudzinski is expected back in January. "If you asked him, he’d tell you he’s not out for the season," O'Brien said with a laugh. He had 24 catches for 313 yards and four touchdowns as a freshman.
