Former Leyton Orient and Birmingham City winger Jordan Graham is receiving hospital treatment following a serious road traffic accident, his family have announced.
No details of the 31-year-old's condition have been revealed.
Graham began his career at Aston Villa and also had spells at Wolves and Gillingham, as well as loan stints at numerous clubs.
He most recently played for Orient, with his last appearance in November 2024.
A family statement released via the Professional Footballers' Association read: "Earlier this month Jordan Graham was involved in a serious road traffic accident and is currently receiving specialist treatment in hospital.
"His family are incredibly grateful for the care he is receiving. They respectfully ask for privacy and that people refrain from contacting them directly while they focus entirely on Jordan and his recovery.
"Further information will only be provided when appropriate."
Orient added in a statement on X: "Sending our best wishes to Jordan Graham. We're all with you, JG."
