Tottenham Hotspur will look to continue building from strength to strength in what's been an unbeaten preseason with a runout against the defensively astute José Bordalás and his Getafe outfit.
Their last friendly, in Australia, was a real test, but 10-man Spurs beat Chelsea 2-1 thanks to a late, late Richarlison goal. They are now back on home soil for the final stretch ahead of the 2025-26 Premier League season.
Getafe, who finished seventh in La Liga last season will be a stern test to follow Chelsea for Roberto de Zerbi's men, after early victories against MK Dons, Auckland FC and Sydney FC.

Team News:
Spurs
Xavi Simons and Wilson Odobert remain long-term absentees as they recover from cruciate ligament injuries. Dejan Kulusevski remains on the path of recovery after a patella injury kept him out of service for the duration of the last season, as does Mohammed Kudus, who is recovering from a long-term quad injury. Both took to grass in Wednesday's training session.
Players who had gone to the World Cup have also returned to training, including Rodrigo Bentancur (Uruguay), Pape Mate Sarr (Senegal) and new signing Marcos Senesi (Argentina).
Getafe
Getafe have had defensive reinforcements signed in July, with the likes of Zaid Romero, Jean Ives Valou, Andrés García, Gines Sorroche and Saba Sazonov. Ramón Terrats and Gines Sorroche are new midfield signings who'll look to get a runout vs Spurs.
