Manchester United conclude their preseason campaign ahead of the 2026-27 Premier League season with a friendly against AC Milan at the Wroclaw Stadium in Poland on Saturday.
Michael Carrick will face his predecessor Ruben Amorim, who has yet to win a game with the Italian giants since taking over in June. Milan have drawn Celtic (2-2) and city rivals Inter (1-1) before falling to a 0-3 loss to Chelsea in their preseason so far, with Amorim already feeling the heat ahead of the Serie A opener against Torino.
Man United, meanwhile, have impressed with wins over Atletico Madrid (2-1) and Rosenborg (5-0) as well as a shootout victory over Leeds United (1-1) in their most recent outing. Carrick's side face newly-promoted Hull City in their league opener a week from now.

Team News:
Manchester United
Marcus Rashford is all set to make his first appearance for Manchester United since December 2024, with Carrick noting he could see some game time alongside Kobbie Mainoo and Lisandro Martínez, who also returned late to preseason following their World Cup exertions.
The likes of Benjamin Sesko, Matthijs de Ligt, Mason Mount and more are injury doubts, but Carrick has most of his squad back and will be keen on giving minutes to his first team stars.
New signings Andrey Santos and Youri Tielemans continue their integration, as Carrick looks to start the season on a high.
AC Milan
Ruben Amorim is already under pressure at Milan, despite him yet to take charge of the club in an official fixture. The Portuguese boss used his familiar refrain of 'suffering' after a 0-3 loss to Chelsea in preseason, claiming that his players would be ready come the their league opener against Torino.
Milan's big-name recruit this summer -- Gonçalo Ramos -- has made a couple of cameos so far, but he looks all set to start against United. However, with Amorim's squad in a state of flux given the Portuguese manager has reportedly shown a willingness to let multiple first-team players go to facilitate new incomings, Milan seem a bit under-prepared going into the season.
Fikayo Tomori was left out of the defeat to Chelsea and seems on his way out of the club, while Milan continue to fend off interest regarding goalkeeper Mike Maignan -- who has delayed his return to preseason training.
