Before the season, Rex Ryan said this was his best team in four years -- a Ruth-ian swing and a miss.

The Jets were terrible, missing the playoffs for the second straight year, suffering their first losing season since 2007 and revealing cracks within the organizational structure.

And they can't blame it all on Tim Tebow -- even though they may try.
