          It's no fun being in the college football Sahara these days, but spring ball isn't too far away.

          Let's take a look at the key spring dates for each Big Ten squad. These dates are subject to change but in all likelihood will remain as you see below.

          Every Big Ten squad except Indiana will conclude its spring practice session with a spring game, while the Hoosiers will practice again after the Cream & Crimson game.

          ILLINOIS

          Start of spring practice: March 29

          Spring game: April 23

          INDIANA

          Start of spring practice: March 8

          Spring game: April 16

          End of spring practice: April 19

          IOWA

          Start of spring practice: Week of March 21

          Spring game: April 16

          MICHIGAN

          Start of spring practice: March 15

          Spring game: April 16

          MICHIGAN STATE

          Start of spring practice: March 22

          Spring game: April 30

          MINNESOTA

          Start of spring practice: March 24

          Spring game: April 23

          NEBRASKA

          Start of spring practice: March 14
