Arsenal continued their perfect start to the season, but they were made to work for it as Martin Ødegaard's late strike gave them a hard-fought 1-0 win over Napoli.
The Gunners took their most shots and created their highest xG on record in the Champions League, but wasteful finishing had looked like it might cost them the three points.
Arsenal's build-up to Wednesday night's game had been complicated slightly by the technical problem affecting the UK's air traffic control provider, Nats.
The club's flight was significantly delayed, meaning the Gunners were only due to arrive in Naples at 9.30 p.m. local time on Tuesday evening and therefore had to cancel their media duties at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.
The players and backroom staff were able to stay at their training ground while waiting for the flight to be rescheduled, and sources told ESPN that the team were not unduly affected by the delay.
Those complications aside, it has been an excellent start to the season for Arsenal. After comfortably winning the Community Shield 3-0 against Manchester City, they followed it up with another 3-0 victory on the opening day of the Premier League season against Coventry, with Kai Havertz, Bukayo Saka and Ødegaard getting the goals.
Saka took his good form into the following game, scoring the only goal as the Gunners claimed a hard-fought win at Aston Villa.
Arguably the most exciting Arsenal player this season, though, has been Ødegaard. The Norwegian scored the winner as Mikel Arteta's side beat Chelsea 2-1 on Sunday.
