Welcome to Week 8 of the 2026 NFL season and our weekly PPR fantasy football superflex rankings. We know many of you compete in superflex formats that invite/covet second quarterbacks in starting lineups, and these rankings account for that. It might look odd to see the lowest-ranked fantasy passers ahead of typical RB2 and WR2 options, but the potential scoring impact demands it.
If your league is a standard flex, note that rankings without QBs appear below the superflex rankings. However you prefer to play, good luck this week!
Teams on bye in Week 8: 49ers, Giants, Saints, Texans
Week 8 superflex rankings (includes quarterbacks)
1. Jahmyr Gibbs, RB1 vs MIN
The Vikings are the best defensive team, but Gibbs is the best player in fantasy. Try not to think about it.
2. Josh Allen, QB1 vs BAL
Again, matchups may not matter to him, but he should be able to shred the Ravens defense.
3. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR1 vs CHI
The schedule isn't an issue here. He plays Monday against the Bears.
4. Drake Maye, QB2 @ MIA
Worry about his schedule in a month. For this week, enjoy the numbers against the Dolphins.
5. Joe Burrow, QB3 vs TEN
He has increased his fantasy point total in each game this season. Can the Titans end the streak?
6. Lamar Jackson, QB4 @ BUF
Expect he (finally) returns from a sprained ankle, but do not presume he runs.
7. Jayden Daniels, QB5 vs PHI
8. Puka Nacua, WR2 vs LAC
9. Ja'Marr Chase, WR3 vs TEN
10. Trevor Lawrence, QB6 vs IND
11. Dak Prescott, QB7 vs ARI
He looked great against the Eagles, and he should look great against the Cardinals this week.
12. Kenneth Walker III, RB2 @ DEN
The Seahawks stymied him, now come the Broncos. Walker ran for 173 yards against Denver in Week 1.
13. Bijan Robinson, RB3 @ TB
The Buccaneers are stout versus the run, but this isn't a typical running back. Don't worry.
14. Javonte Williams, RB4 vs ARI
The Cowboys showed Monday that they can run the football. They just have to stick with this plan.
15. James Cook III, RB5 vs BAL
16. CeeDee Lamb, WR4 vs ARI
17. Zay Flowers, WR5 @ BUF
18. Amon-Ra St. Brown, WR6 vs MIN
19. Drake London, WR7 @ TB
He has double-digit targets in four of five games. Let's assume the Falcons keep that going.
20. Justin Jefferson, WR8 @ DET
Two good games, three bad ones this season. One would think facing the Lions will be a good game.
21. Trey McBride, TE1 @ DAL
Only two wide receivers have more fantasy points this season. This is an historic player.
22. Jordan Love, QB8 vs CAR
He is playing like a top-10 QB, so having to perform on Thursday shouldn't be a problem.
23. Matthew Stafford, QB9 vs LAC
He faces the Chargers. They're bad, but they do play decent defense. Don't assume Stafford has a monster game.
24. Derrick Henry, RB6 @ BUF
The Bills permit ample fantasy points to running backs. If Henry struggles, it is time for concern.
25. Jared Goff, QB10 vs MIN
26. Kyren Williams, RB7 vs LAC
27. Bucky Irving, RB8 vs ATL
28. Brock Bowers, TE2 @ NYJ
29. Geno Smith, QB11 vs LV
30. Kyler Murray, QB12 @ DET
There is little sign of a QB1 lurking. Perhaps facing the Lions will alter that.
31. Bryce Young, QB13 @ GB
Expect him to bounce back from his brutal outing versus the Buccaneers.
32. Kirk Cousins, QB14 @ NYJ
Losing the starting role to Fernando Mendoza is imminent, but not this week.
33. Parker Washington, WR9 vs IND
34. Tee Higgins, WR10 vs TEN
35. Christian Watson, WR11 vs CAR
36. Matthew Golden, WR12 vs CAR
37. Ashton Jeanty, RB9 @ NYJ
Terribly inefficient on rushing attempts, but the receiving work keeps him productive.
38. Jonathan Taylor, RB10 @ JAX
This offense is sputtering, but Taylor has reached 90 rushing yards in five of seven games.
39. Chase Brown, RB11 vs TEN
We can make a case to bench this underachiever, but not really against the Titans.
40. Jaylen Warren, RB12 vs CLE
The volume was fine in Week 7. He rushed for 93 yards in the first Browns matchup.
41. Caleb Williams, QB15 @ SEA
42. Malik Willis, QB16 vs NE
He has 111 rushing yards the past two games, with TD runs in each. That's why he ranks well.
43. Josh Jacobs, RB13 vs CAR
He had 16 touches in his season debut, with extensive receiving work. That's enough for us.
44. Chuba Hubbard, RB14 @ GB
From 28 rushing attempts in Week 6 to only seven last week. Let's assume Hubbard is more involved this week.
45. Breece Hall, RB15 vs LV
A quad injury has already cost him four games. Let's assume nothing here.
46. Tetairoa McMillan, WR13 @ GB
47. A.J. Brown, WR14 @ MIA
48. DeVonta Smith, WR15 @ WSH
49. Jacoby Brissett, QB17 @ DAL
50. Baker Mayfield, QB18 vs ATL
51. Michael Penix Jr., QB19 @ TB
Can he make it three consecutive games with three TD passes? It seems unlikely.
52. Aaron Rodgers, QB20 vs CLE
He scored 21.96 points in the first Browns meeting. You might want to play him.
53. Patrick Mahomes, QB21 @ DEN
He scored 21.66 points in the first Broncos meeting, but that included a rushing TD. You don't have to play him.
54. Bhayshul Tuten, RB16 vs IND
His best game of the season came right before the bye week. Tuten is an ascending option.
55. Ollie Gordon II, RB17 vs NE
He has touchdowns in four consecutive games and is proof a Miami RB could succeed this season.
56. Garrett Wilson, WR16 vs LV
When WRs complain about targets, they get more targets the following week. Or so it seems.
57. Jalen Coker, WR17 @ GB
58. George Pickens, WR18 vs ARI
59. Sam Darnold, QB22 vs CHI
